CIRRUS Lung¶
CIRRUS Lung is a workstation for quantitative analysis of thoracic CT scans. It includes a wide variety of algorithms that have been developed and collected over a period of a decade. This page provides an overview of features and a list of publications that have used CIRRUS Lung or its underlying technology, and describe the technical details of the algorithms.
